1 cup cold water
1/4 cup pink lemonade concentrate (optional)
2 cups ice cubes

Instructions
Add frozen strawberries, fresh lemon juice, sugar, cold water, and pink lemonade concentrate (if using) to a blender.
Blend until smooth and fully slushy (about 30 seconds). Add ice cubes if a thicker texture is desired.
Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or lemon juice as needed.
Transfer to a pitcher or serve immediately in glasses, garnished with fresh mint if desired.
