2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar (for crust)
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted melted butter
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
2 cups mixed berries, fresh or thawed and drained
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
Beat cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, then fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated. Spread the mixture evenly over the crust.
Top with mixed berries, gently pressing them into the cream cheese layer. Chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
Notes
Use fully softened cream cheese for a smooth filling.
For frozen berries, thaw and drain excess liquid to avoid a soggy layer.
Chill for at least 2 hours for best texture.
