Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup granola
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup dried fruit
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold in granola, chopped nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate chips to create a homogeneous mixture.
Using a spoon, roll 1-2 tablespoons of mixture into ball-shaped clusters (12-15 total).
Place clusters on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 1 hour.
Optional: For added crunch, roll fully frozen clusters in additional granola before serving.
Notes
Freeze clusters for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
Adjust sweetness by adding more honey/maple syrup or using naturally sweet dried fruits like dates.
Substitute non-dairy yogurt and dairy-free chocolate chips for full vegan version.
