Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and quartered
1 (3.4 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk (2% or whole)
4 ounces softened cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
In a bowl, mix pudding mix and milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
In another bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Layer pudding and strawberry quarters into 6 cups or jars.
Top with a dollop of the cream cheese mixture and additional strawberries.
Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For best results, use fully thawed and drained frozen strawberries.
