3/4 cup granulated sugar for filling
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until damp
Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan
Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth
Stir in vanilla extract
Spread filling evenly over crust
Arrange sliced strawberries on top
Chill for at least 4 hours before serving
