Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
1 large or 2 small ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons lime juice
2–4 tablespoons honey
1.5–2 cups chilled water
Instructions
Blend strawberries and mango until smooth
In a pitcher, add puree and stir in lime juice and honey
Pour into glasses with ice
Add chilled water to desired consistency
Stir and serve
Notes
Use ripe mangoes for maximum sweetness
Frozen strawberries can be substituted
dFrozen strawberries may alter texture slightly
Lemon juice can replace lime juice
Sparkling water creates a fizzy version
Adjust honey/sweetener based on fruit ripeness
Serve with additional ice for a colder temperature
