Instructions
Wash and hull strawberries
Puree strawberries in a blender until smooth
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve for a smoother texture (optional)
In a large pitcher, combine strawberry puree, lemon juice, and sugar
Stir until sugar dissolves
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
Serve over ice with sliced strawberries
