Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced
1.5 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
1 cup granola
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
Wash and hull strawberries; slice into bite-sized pieces.
Reserve a few whole strawberries for garnish.
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup (if using).
Layer granola, yogurt mixture, and strawberries in glasses or bowls.
Top with crushed granola, a whole strawberry, and mint leaves for garnish.
Notes
Vanilla yogurt can be substituted for plain to reduce need for added sweetener.
Adjust granola quantity based on crunch preference.
