Ingredients
Fresh strawberries, 2 cups, hulled and sliced (reserve a few whole for garnish)
Cream cheese, 8 oz, full-fat and softened
Powdered sugar, 1/2 cup, sifted
Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
Heavy cream, 1/2 cup, chilled and whipped to stiff peaks
Graham crackers, 1 cup, crushed (or cookie crumbs)
Butter, 3 tablespoons, melted
Lemon zest, 1/2 teaspoon (optional, for brightness)
Instructions
Prepare a small cup, ramekin, or mason jar for each serving
Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl for a crumb base
Layer 1/3 of the graham cracker mixture in each cup
Blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth
Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture into each cup
Top with 1/2 the sliced strawberries
Add remaining cream cheese and another layer of strawberries
Pipe or spoon chilled whipped cream over the final layer
Garnish with reserved whole strawberries and optional lemon zest
Chill for 30 minutes before serving
Notes
Use ripe, juicy strawberries for maximum flavor
For a gluten-free option, substitute gluten-free graham crackers or crushed gluten-free cookies
