Ingredients
Fresh Strawberries, 1 pint (hulled and sliced)
Cream Cheese, 8 ounces (softened)
Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup
Non-alcoholic Vanilla Essence, 1 teaspoon
Whipped Topping, 8 ounce container (thawed)
Graham Cracker Crumbs, 1/2 cup
Unsalted Butter, 1 tablespoon, melted
Instructions
Press graham cracker crumbs and melted butter into 6 cup linings
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth
Spoon cream cheese mixture into prepared bases
Top with 1/6 (4 strawberries) per cup, sliced
Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving
Notes
Use pure vanilla essence for non-alcoholic option
Crushed shortbread cookies can substitute graham crackers
Homemade whipped cream is acceptable alternative
