Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
3 ounces strawberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
10 ounces frozen strawberries, thawed and slightly mashed
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar until combined. Fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated. Spread evenly over the crust and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Fold in thawed strawberries. Spread gelatin mixture over the chilled cream cheese layer.
Chill assembled dessert for 4 hours or until set. Slice and serve.
Notes
For optimal texture, ensure cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
Replace whipped topping with homemade stabilized whipped cream (if preferred). Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
