2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup cold heavy cream, optional
¼ cup powdered sugar, optional

Instructions

Crush sugar cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or blender
Mix crumbs with melted butter until combined
Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan
Chill the crust for 30 minutes
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition
