1 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
Melt white chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
Fold in crushed freeze-dried strawberries until fully incorporated.
In a large bowl, pour crushed Chex cereal and pour in the melted white chocolate mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
Add powdered sugar to the bowl and toss until cubes are fully coated.
Spread onto parchment paper and refrigerate until the coating hardens (about 20-30 minutes).
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
