Ingredients
1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
Fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter to form a moist crust.
Press crust into the bottom of shooters or small cups.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar and vanilla extract, blending well.
Fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated.
Layer cheesecake mixture into prepared shooters.
Top with sliced strawberries and a dollop of strawberry jam.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use digestive biscuits as a substitute for graham crackers if desired
Adjust sugar amount to taste
Stabilized whipped cream can be used for easier preparation
