8 oz cream cheese (full-fat, softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped topping (thawed or homemade sweetened whipped cream)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled, sliced; some reserved for garnish)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (plus melted butter for crust layer)
1 tbsp melted butter (for crust layer)
Instructions
In a bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping and vanilla extract.
In serving glasses, layer graham cracker crust (mixture of crumbs and melted butter) as base.
Top with cheesecake mixture, add strawberries, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Garnish with reserved whole strawberries before serving.
Notes
Substitute light cream cheese for a lighter option.
Use homemade whipped cream (1 cup heavy cream + 2 tbsp sugar) instead of store-bought.
Chill at least 1 hour for best texture.
