Ingredients
2 (11×17″) pre-rolled cinnamon dough sheets
8 oz Cool Whip, softened
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon sugar (4 tbsp sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon)
1/3 cup seedless strawberry jam
Instructions
Thaw dough if frozen; let rest 15 minutes at room temperature.
Spread Cool Whip on one dough sheet, leaving a ½-inch border. Sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, 2 tbsp Cool Whip, and sugar until smooth. Pipe 1-inch logs across the dough.
Roll dough tightly; cut into 1½-inch slices. Place cut-side up on a baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until golden. Brush with jam and top with remaining cinnamon sugar.
Notes
Use store-bought or dairy-free Cool Whip. Adjust sugar based on jam sweetness. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
Homemade cinnamon dough can be substituted if preferred.
