1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C)
Prepare mini muffin tin by lining with paper cups

Press mixture into bottom of each muffin cup

Arrange 2 strawberry slices on top of each filling
Bake for 30 minutes until tops are lightly browned
Cool completely (about 30 minutes) before removing from tin
