  • Total Time: 25
  • Yield: 8–10 servings

Ingredients

Ripe Bananas – 3 large
Milk – 2 cups (whole or plant-based)
Sugar – 1 cup
Vanilla Extract – ½ tsp (non-alcoholic)
Vanilla Biscuit Wafers – 1½ cups, crushed
Fresh Strawberries – 2 cups, sliced

Instructions

Prepare a 9-inch springform or rectangular dish. Line with parchment paper.
Crush vanilla wafers and press into the dish as the base. Set aside.
In a blender, mash bananas until smooth. Add milk, sugar, and vanilla extract; blend until creamy. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Layer half the pudding mixture into the dish. Top with sliced strawberries. Spread remaining pudding mixture over the strawberries.
Refrigerate overnight to set. Slice into servings (8–10) and serve chilled.

Notes

Use overripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
For dairy-free version, use plant-based milk and check wafers are dairy-free.
Chilled pudding layers overnight for optimal texture. Store in airtight container in fridge up to 3 days.
