Instructions
Crush graham crackers in a food processor or blender
Mix with melted butter to create a crumb base
Press the mixture into 6 greased muffin tin cups lined with paper
Blend cream cheese, peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth
Fold 1 ½ cups nougat and chopped roasted peanuts into the cream cheese mixture
Spoon the filling into each cup, filling halfway
Melt 12 oz chopped chocolate bars with ½ cup heavy cream using microwave or stovetop
Pour ganache over the filling, spreading it evenly
Chill cups in refrigerator for 1-2 hours until set
Garnish with additional chopped nuts or chocolate as desired

Digestive biscuits or shortbread cookies work as a graham cracker alternative
For richer flavor, use European-style butter when melting for the base and ganache
