Ingredients
1 box brownie mix (prepared according to package instructions)
1 family-size package chocolate chip cookie dough (16–18 oz)
8 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
Prepare boxed brownie mix in a 9×13-inch pan. Cool completely.
Spread refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough over cooled brownies. Chill until firm.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped heavy cream.
Spread filling evenly over chilled cookie layer. Freeze for 2–4 hours until set.
Chill at least 30 minutes before serving. Slice and serve.
Notes
Use store-brand brownie mix with all-purpose flour for homemade style.
Chilling time can extend up to overnight for stronger flavors.
Store leftovers in an airtight container and freeze for up to 3 days.
