A zero-alcohol mocktail blending ripe strawberries, zesty lime, and fresh mint. Perfect for summer sipping or gatherings, it delivers a vibrant, refreshing flavor with sparkling water and a hint of simple syrup.

  • Total Time: 10
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Ingredients

Scale

0.5 cup fresh or thawed strawberries
1 oz fresh lime juice (1/2 lime)
810 fresh mint leaves
0.51 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
46 oz sparkling water or club soda
1 cup ice cubes
12 lime slices for garnish
12 strawberry slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Wash strawberries and mint leaves. Slice strawberries and lime if using fresh.
2. In a glass, muddle strawberries in a muddler or fork (press gently to release juice). Add mint leaves and lime juice.
3. Add simple syrup to taste (start with 0.5 oz and adjust).
4. Top with crushed or cubed ice, leaving space for sparkling water
5. Pour sparkling water into the glass until nearly full
6. Stir gently, add garnishes (limes and strawberries), and serve.

Notes

Frozen strawberries can replace freshriem: Use 1:1 sugar-to-water ratio for homemade syrup (1 cup sugar + 1 cup water)
Adjust sweetness: Guests can top with additional syrup if desired
Optional additions: Add a splash of orange juice for extra fruitiness
