Instructions
Heat 4 cups water until steaming hot
Steep hibiscus flowers in hot water for 10 minutes
Strain hibiscus liquid into a jug
In a separate container, combine sugar and 1 cup water to make simple syrup (stir until dissolved)
Mix hibiscus liquid, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a large pitcher
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
Serve over ice with mint garnish as desired
