Ingredients
Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (1 box, 5.1 oz)
Whole Milk (2 cups)
Sour Cream (1 cup)
Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz can)
Frozen Whipped Topping (8 oz, thawed)
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
Chessmen Cookies (1 1/2 dozen, crushed)
Banana Slices (4 large bananas, sliced)
Instructions
Chill a 9×13-inch dish.
In a large bowl, mix pudding mix, milk, sour cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Layer half the crushed Chessmen cookies in the dish.
Fold in half the banana slices.
Pour half the pudding mixture over the bananas.
Repeat layers with remaining cookies and bananas.
Top with remaining pudding.
Chill for 1 hour.
Spoon whipped topping over the chilled pudding before serving.
Notes
Chessmen cookies can be substituted with halal-certified buttery cookies.
Ensure bananas are thinly sliced for even layers.
Refrigerate leftovers for up to 48 hours.
