Ingredients
3 large ripe bananas
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups whole milk
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
1 (11 oz) package vanilla wafers
Instructions
Peel and slice bananas into 1/2-inch rounds
In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix with milk until smooth
Stir in sweetened condensed milk and thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated
In a 9×13-inch dish, layer a third of the vanilla wafers
Spread half the banana slices evenly over the wafers
Add half the pudding mixture and repeat layering (wafers, bananas, pudding)
Chill for at least 4 hours before serving
Notes
Use bananas with brown spots for maximum sweetness
For stabilization, chill pudding mixture 30 minutes before layering
Substitute shortbread cookies for crisper texture
Cover and refrigerate unused portions for up to 2 days
