Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
8 ounces whipped topping, thawed (or 1 cup heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

Instructions

Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl
Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform or dessert bowl
Chill for 30 minutes
In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth
Stir in fresh lemon juice and lemon zest
Gently fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated
Add berry layer to the top of the chilled crust
Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving
Sprinkle additional lemon zest over the berries if desired
