Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ½ cups fresh strawberries, pureed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly combined.
Press half the mixture into a lined 9×13-inch baking dish.
Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in strawberry puree and lemon juice.
Spread the mixture over the crust.
Chill until firm (minimum 2 hours, preferably 4 hours).
Slices into bars and serve.
