Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups heavy cream (cold)
1 cup powdered sugar (sifted, adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
6 Snickers candy bars, chopped into small pieces
Extra graham crackers (for topping)
Instructions
Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Fold in half of the chopped Snickers candy pieces into the whipped cream mixture.
Press half of the graham cracker crumbs into the base of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
Spread the whipped cream mixture evenly over the crust.
Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top of the whipped cream layer.
Top with the remaining chopped Snickers and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
Before serving, add extra crushed graham crackers on top for garnish.
Notes
Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 48 hours.
Double the chocolate topping or add a drizzle of caramel sauce for extra richness.
Ensure the heavy cream is chilled before whipping for the best consistency.
