Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Line an 8×8 square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving enough to extend over the sides.
Whisk together the melted butter, creamy peanut butter, and sifted powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
Fold in the graham cracker crumbs until the mixture is evenly combined.
Press the peanut butter mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared pan.
Melt the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl in the microwave using 30-second intervals until completely smooth.
Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the top of the peanut butter base.
Refrigerate the tray for at least two hours until the chocolate is fully set.
Lift the bars out using the parchment paper edges and slice into 16 squares.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to one week. You can use either natural or standard creamy peanut butter. Be sure to sift the powdered sugar to ensure there are no lumps in the base.
