Ingredients
Graham cracker crumbs 1 ½ cups (about 10 full crackers)
Granulated sugar ¼ cup
Unsalted butter, melted 6 tablespoons
Cream cheese, softened 2 (8-ounce) packages
Sweetened condensed milk 1 (14-ounce) can
Fresh orange juice ⅓ cup
Orange zest 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Orange food coloring 1-2 drops (optional)
Heavy cream, whipped ½ cup
Orange slices and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, ⅓ cup fresh orange juice, 1 teaspoon orange zest, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined. Add 1-2 drops of orange food coloring if desired. Pour the mixture over the chilled crust.
Refrigerate for 4–6 hours until firm. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with orange slices and mint sprigs.
Notes
Use store-bought graham cracker crumbs or crush your own for authenticity.
Do not substitute sweetened condensed milk—evaporated milk won’t set properly.
Zest fresh oranges for the best flavor. Avoid bottled orange juice for a vibrant taste.
Chilling time is critical for the mixture to set firmly. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
