Ingredients
1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, full-fat and softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
Instructions
Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl
Press crust into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan
Blend cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth
Stir in sweetened condensed milk
Mix in key lime juice and lime zest
Pour the filling into the crust
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set
Notes
Use gluten-free graham crackers or almond flour for a GF option
If using salted butter, omit additional salt
Fresh lime juice and zest are recommended for optimal flavor
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
