Ingredients
8 ounces (1 block) cream cheese, softened
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until crumbly.
Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
Chill for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fruit or chocolate.
Notes
For a richer texture, substitute cream cheese with mascarpone.
Replace graham crackers with digestive biscuits or shortbread crumbs if preferred.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Add a swirl of whipped topping before serving for extra indulgence.
