Ingredients
1.5 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (Oreos or graham crackers)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter until crumbly
Press mixture firmly into a 9-inch springform pan
Refrigerate crust while preparing filling
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth
Add cocoa powder and vanilla, mix until blended
Pour in whipped cream (cold from fridge) and gently fold together
Spread mixture into chilled crust
Chill for 4 hours or until fully set
Unmold and serve chilled
Notes
Use gluten-free cookies for a GF crust
Plant-based butter works for dairy-free version
Dairy-free cream cheese or coconut cream for vegan option
