Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup fresh berries
Instructions
Crush graham crackers and press the crumbs into the bottom of 4 mason jars
In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth
Add vanilla extract and mix well
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; gently fold into cream cheese mixture until homogeneous
Stir in sour cream for a tangy finish
Pour the filling into prepared jars and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to set
Top with fresh berries and serve chilled
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps. Use cold heavy cream for best whipping results. Digestive biscuits can substitute for graham crackers. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Ready when set, no oven required.
