Ingredients
24–30 graham crackers
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces cream cheese (full-fat, softened)
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping (thawed)
3–4 medium bananas (ripe but firm)
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
2–3 strawberries (sliced, optional)
12 maraschino cherries (optional)
Instructions
Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or food processor.
In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with half the sweetened condensed milk until damp and formable into a thick crust.
Press half the crust into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
Spread half the remaining crust over the top to form a middle layer.
Pour half the whipped topping evenly over the crust layers.
Spoon bananas in slices across the whipped topping.
Drizzle 1/3 of the chocolate syrup over the bananas.
Repeat layers: crust, whipped topping, bananas, and syrup.
Top with remaining whipped topping.
Sprinkle with remaining chocolate syrup and optional strawberries and cherries.
Chill for 4 hours or until firm.
Notes
Use ripe but firm bananas for structural integrity.
Replace graham crackers with ginger snaps or vanilla wafers if desired.
Neufchâtel cheese can substitute cream cheese for a lighter texture.
Homemade whipped cream (1 cup heavy cream + 2 tbsp sugar) enhances richness if available.
Store uncovered in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
