1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional garnish)
1/4 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (optional, for added crunch)
Instructions
Beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth
Gradually add sifted powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition
Add cocoa powder and vanilla extract, beating until fully incorporated
In a separate bowl, whip chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form
Gently fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until no streaks remain
Transfer to a chilled pie dish or individual serving cups
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set
Top with mini chocolate chips and crushed cookies before serving
