1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips (melted for drizzle)
Instructions
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter
Press mixture into 24 mini paper cups to form bases
Chill cups for 30 minutes
Blend softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth
Fill cups 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture
Chill for 2 hours until set
Melt chocolate chips for drizzle and spoon over each cup
Return to refrigerator for 30 minutes to set drizzle
