4 large egg yolks
1/2 cup key lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
2 (9-inch) pre-baked pie crusts (cut into 6–8 small cups)
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth
Pour mixture into prepared mini pie crusts
Bake for 15–18 minutes until center is set
Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours
Top each with whipped cream and powdered sugar
