Ingredients
1 standard box (3.4 oz / 95g) vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk (whole, skim, or plant-based)
2 cups whipped cream, sweetened (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (or crumbled shortbread or vanilla wafers)
1.5 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (mini, dark, milk, or semi-sweet, optional)
1 cup mini chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos), crushed
Instructions
Prepare the vanilla pudding following the package instructions and let it cool completely. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until light and fluffy.
Layer the graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of the dessert shooter glasses to cover the base and sides.
Spoon a layer of cooled pudding over the crumbs, covering them completely.
Gently fold the chocolate chips into the whipped cream. Layer the whipped cream on top of the pudding.
Arrange the fresh berries on top for a colorful and fresh finish. Optional: Add a dusting of crushed cookies for extra texture and flavor.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow layers to set.
Notes
Substitute the graham cracker crumbs with crumbled vanilla wafers or shortbread for different textures and flavors.
You can use chocolate, butterscotch, or other pudding flavors for variety. Use stabilized whipped cream for longer freshness.
Customize toppings with different fruits, sprinkles, or non-alcoholic chocolate sauces.
