Instructions
Pour cold water into a large bowl
Add instant pudding mix and whisk until no lumps remain
Stir in sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy
In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Fold whipped cream into the pudding mixture
Slice bananas and layer a portion of Nilla wafers at the bottom of a dish
Top with pudding custard
Repeat layers, finishing with a custard top
