Ingredients
2 sleeves graham crackers
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 blocks (8 oz each) full-fat cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
1 tbsp fresh key lime zest (optional)
Instructions
Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or mortar
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar
Press 2/3 of the mixture firmly into a 9-inch trifle dish
Beat cream cheese until smooth
Fold in sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice until fully combined
Spread half the mixture over the crust
Top with half the remaining graham cracker crumbs
Repeat layers with remaining cream cheese mixture and crumbs
Add whipped topping as a final layer
Chill for at least 4 hours before serving
Notes
Use fresh key lime juice for bright, authentic flavor
Assembly can be completed 24 hours in advance
