Ingredients
1.5 cups graham crackers, finely crushed
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
1 tablespoon lime zest
Instructions
Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs
Mix crumbs with melted butter and sugar
Press mixture into mason jars using the bottom of a measuring cup to compact the crust
Whisk sweetened condensed milk with key lime juice and zest until smooth
Spoon the key lime mixture into the prepared jars
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
Notes
For a vegan option, use coconut oil instead of butter
Double the lime zest if using dried limes
Store chilled for 3-4 days before serving
