Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined
Press mixture into a 9×13-inch baking pan, forming an even crust
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden, then cool slightly
In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and confectioners’ sugar until smooth
Spread filling over cooled crust
Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours to set
Cut into 16 bars and serve
