Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 large frozen banana
1 scoop (30g) protein powder
1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
Instructions
Add frozen strawberries, frozen banana, protein powder, and milk to a blender
Blend until smooth
If texture is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of liquid to adjust consistency
If using fresh strawberries, add 1/2 cup ice and blend until smooth
Serve immediately or refrigerate
Notes
Frozen fruit eliminates the need for ice
Use vanilla or unflavored protein powder for best results
Non-dairy yogurt available as vegan alternative
