Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2–4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
2 cups water or sparkling water
A few sprigs fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes
Instructions
Wash and hull strawberries
Blend strawberries in a blender until smooth
Mix in lemon juice and honey/maple syrup
Stir in water and ice cubes
Serve chilled in glasses with mint garnish
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for optimal sweetness
Basil or lime juice can sub for mint
Adjust sweetener according to preference
Sparkling water adds enhanced fizziness
Frozen strawberries work well in summer
