  • Total Time: 10
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

4 cups Seedless Watermelon cubed and frozen
1/2 cup Fresh Lemon Juice (about 68 lemons)
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup Water (plus more if needed)
1 cup Ice Cubes
Lemon Slices for garnish
Mint Sprigs for garnish

Instructions

Cube and freeze the watermelon until firm.
In a blender, combine watermelon cubes, fresh lemon juice, and sugar.
Add 1/2 cup chilled water and blend until smooth.
If needed for thickness, add 1 cup ice cubes and blend again.
Taste and adjust sweetness or water as desired.
Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs.

Notes

Freeze watermelon cubes on a baking sheet to prevent clumping.
Use simple syrup as a substitute for granulated sugar.
Add more watermelon cubes or ice for a thicker slush.
Bottled lemon juice can be used but may reduce freshness.
Store unused slush in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
