Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 cup fresh lemonade (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water (optional, adjust consistency)
Instructions
Place strawberries in a blender and puree until smooth
In a large bowl, combine strawberry puree, lemonade, sugar, and fresh lemon juice
Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture is well blended
Pour into popsicle molds; if using, freeze immediately and insert sticks
Freeze 4-6 hours or until fully solid
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for optimal sweetness and flavor
Adjust sugar amount based on strawberry/tanginess preference
For a smoother texture, strain puree before mixing
