1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: 1/4 cup granola or shredded coconut for coating
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth
Fold in blueberries until evenly distributed
Spoon 1 tablespoon of mixture into mounds on the prepared sheet
Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm
For optional coating: Sprinkle granola or coconut over clusters before freezing
Notes
Use frozen lemon water to rinse blueberries first for cleaner clusters
Swap blueberries for raspberries or strawberries if desired
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks
