Ingredients
3 cups fresh pineapple, chopped (ripe, cored)
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled (washed)
4–6 cups water (chilled, filtered)
2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2–4 tablespoons sweetener (agave nectar, simple syrup, or sugar; optional)
Handful fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
Combine pineapple and strawberries in a blender.
Add water and lime juice, adjusting for desired consistency.
Blend until smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp (optional).
Taste and add sweetener if desired.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Garnish with mint leaves if using.
Notes
Use very ripe fruits for maximum sweetness.
Frozen pineapple or strawberries can be used but will yield a slightly different texture.
For a frothy texture, blend without straining.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Adjust water amount for stronger or milder flavor.
