Ingredients
Frozen Pineapple Chunks – 1 cup
Frozen Mango Chunks – 1 cup
Banana – 1/2 ripe
Unsweetened Coconut Milk – 1/2 cup
Orange Juice – 1/4 cup
Lime Juice – 1 tablespoon (optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy
Taste and adjust consistency by adding more coconut milk or fruit if needed
Pour into glasses and serve immediately
Notes
Use frozen fruit to avoid adding ice
For a richer texture, use full-fat coconut milk
Serve with a lime wedge for garnish
