Ingredients
1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted melted butter
8 ounces softened cream cheese
0.75 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cold heavy cream
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Fresh strawberries, sliced for topping
Instructions
Line 6 dessert cups with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of each cup to form a base.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in half the heavy cream until just combined and spread over the crust.
Whip remaining heavy cream until stiff peaks form and spoon on top. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
Notes
Alternative crust: Use crushed digestives or shortbread cookies.
Chill desserts for at least 30 minutes before serving.
For vegan version, use dairy-free cream cheese and non-dairy whipped cream.
Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
